Our Ordering Process

All of our items are made specifically for your event and we can accommodate just about any request. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know. We’re happy to work with you to create something you love at a price that meets your goals.

Below is a general outline of how our process works. These steps help us to make sure that we deliver exactly what you want  as quickly as possible.



Once you contact us to discuss your design and what you’re looking for, we will go over the themes, colors and unique design elements you would like to use. The goal is to get a sense for the look and feel of your event. This can be done through email or over the phone.


Next, we’ll create some digital examples based on our initial discussion and email them to you. Based on your feedback, we should have a good idea of what you’re looking for and can move forward with the final design proofing process. (We are also happy to snail mail examples of existing designs).


The final design process begins after we receive all of the important details of your event (place, time, etc). During this step a final digital proof is made and we work together until your invitation is worded and looks exactly as you would like.


At this time we ask you to double check all of the details (design elements, wording, colors, layout, etc) and make sure everything is exactly how you would like it to appear. Once we receive your final approval via email, the printing process begins and your items are shipped to you upon completion.
